My Dream for Paradise

When I was a boy, during my formative years, I lived in Valdez, Alaska on the beautiful and pristine Prince William Sound. The average amount of snow there was 16'. There was no radio or tv, and as you can imagine the storms were somewhat fierce. I read, everyone read. It was that or drink and everyone, including me, did that.

So I came to love books, and the people associated with them. I love the people who read because they have an innate intelligence, and they are witty and full of gayety, and I love them for their coffee ordour. My own personal vision is to bring some of my childhood romance back to reading and books in general. I have done this in a small way with my chapbook of poetry entitled "Red Rover, Red Rover," and am trying to move the world in a positive direction with "Smoker's Saga."
This will involve me creating an empire over the book world under the auspices of my company, Readsalot.
