Back Online!

Due to some type of serial misfortune with telecom companies I haven’t been able to access the internet since December 5th. But since a few days we have a brand new internet high speed connection, are able to retrieve emails again and reply to support questions.

I deeply apologize for all inconvenience this caused with customer support. From now on you can expect the normal service again. Replies within 48 hours on weekdays, often much quicker.

Helpdesk Still Disfunctional

My host attempted to fix the helpdesk at www.heartsunlimitedservices.net/helpdesk but this resulted in a complete breakdown of what was left… I will look for a different helpdesk script which is more reliable. In the mean time please continue to use the support form on this site. Thanks!

Limited Internet Access

The change of address involved having to change ISP as well. There is a waiting list for getting high-speed internet connection and it looks like I won’t have access to this until mid December. I’m currently using a mobile internet connection to retrieve email - it’s a lot slower and it also has restrictions on bandwidth use so I’m only using it on weekdays in the mornings for now.

Moving House!

We are moving house in the last week of October 2007 and both October and November are going to be hectic times when we don’t have much time to check email and be online. There will probably also be a couple of days with no connection possibilities at all…

The office move takes place on October 26th to October 29th. After which we continue with the family move, so I won’t be in my office again till November 2nd. I do try to check my mail every other day.

Heart-2-Heart Newsletter Deprecated

The newsletter Heart-2-Heart, which I ran for subscribers at www.my-happy-heart.com, no longer exists. The reason for this is that the function of MyHappyHeart.com is about to change…

Up till now MyHappyHeart.com was a website which contained a lot more information then just about the book ‘My Happy Heart’ (still awaiting publication funds btw). You could also find inspirational stories, articles about the relationship between happiness and health, wealth and such, fun software applications, an ecard service and more.

All of these extras are going to be removed shortly. They will not disappear. They will become part of a new community website: Happiness Booster at www.happinessbooster.com and MyHappyHeart.com will return to it’s original purpose: a site to promote my book.

As far as I’m aware of people subscribed to Heart-2-Heart for either or both of 2 reasons:

  1. To be notified about the publication of the book My Happy Heart;
  2. To receive articles about happiness and happiness related products and services.

For the time being there is no notification service available for the book. The site needs some serious work to reflect all the intended changes and right now quite a few links in the navigation are broken and forms simply no longer work (this is the immediate result of moving host and takes some time to fix).

However… 

There already is a new subscription form available for anyone who is interested in happiness in general. As soon as HappinessBooster.com goes live, there will be a new newsletter as well. And it’s already possible to subscribe right now!

If you happened to be a subscriber to Heart-2-Heart, there is no need to re-subscribe at this point. Your name and address will be transferred to the new newsletter mailinglist within the next 2 weeks and you will receive an email about this from me asking you to only confirm your subscription.

I hope this clarifies what’s happening at the happiness sections of our services right now. If not, please don’t hesitate to ask  any questions that are still on your mind. You can either comment on this post or use the contact form for this.
