Moving House!

We are moving house in the last week of October 2007 and both October and November are going to be hectic times when we don’t have much time to check email and be online. There will probably also be a couple of days with no connection possibilities at all…

The office move takes place on October 26th to October 29th. After which we continue with the family move, so I won’t be in my office again till November 2nd. I do try to check my mail every other day.

Helpdesk Broke Down

After our host upgraded the server, our helpdesk ticket system partially stopped working. You will still be able to submit a support ticket here, but I won’t be able to answer it as all attempts to access the system on administrator level fail…

I have added a support form to this website as a temporary solution to this issue. If you submitted a help request after September 7th 2007 and are still waiting for a reply, please resubmit your help request using the contact form on this page…

Email Issue at My Happy Heart site

For some unknown reason I can no longer receive emails from any of my addresses @my-happy-heart.com… If you recently wrote me, please try again using a different email address.
If you don’t have an other email address from me, please use the contact form on this website instead and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

The website at www.my-happy-heart.com will move to a new host at the end of September. Some time after this move, all email accounts should be working properly again. Will post back here as soon as this is the case.
